April 24, 2013 Wyoming Junior Duck Stamp winners annnounced Jan Moody ( Examiner correspondent p : . . , The U.S. Fish and ! Wildlife Service has an- ', nounced the winners of , the 2013 Wyoming Ju- nior Duck Stamp Pro- gram in which more than 540 entries were received. Of the 100 winners, 29 were from Cokeville. The. contest was judged in four age groups. Group I in- cluded kindergarten through third grade students; group II was fourth tough sixth grade; group III was seventh through ninth grade and group IV was 10th through 12th. Winners from Cokeville included: roup I, first place, ydney Nate - Betty Nelson Artistic Prom- ise Award. Honorable Mention was awarded to Hunter Thomas. Group II, second place, Damian Nate, Kendra Cook and Kay- lee Cornia; Honorable Mention went to Janae Teichert, Jordyn Nate, Wes Teichert, Leo- na Teichert, Sheldon Weston, Alisen Peters- ihe ews-xaminer - The only newspaper in the world that really cares about the Bear Lake ValleF Grant fund acceptil g arts applications en and Whytney Mur, dock. Group III, first place, Jackson Linford and Hanna Helm; second place, Savannah Phil- lips; third place, Jessica Gonzalez and Tristan Nate. Honorable men- tion was awarded to Trenton King, Shyanna McKinnorb Yolanda Oussanov, Quinton Eversull, Alley McKin- non, Cheyenne Reed, Ty Prows, Kate Fiscus, Burgandy Huntington and Lizzy Hollibaugh. Group IV, honor' able mention, Colter Viehweg and Marissa Pope. Copies of the win- ning artwork will be exhibited around the state. The tour will begin at Seedskadee National Wildlife Ref- uge in southwestern Wyoming and move to Jackson, Rock Springs, Powell, Casper and Cheyenne.
